We provide fully accredited Diploma courses, endorsed by both the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), designed to guide you step-by-step through all the essential practical, theoretical, and business skills required to become a confident and successful holistic therapist.

From massage and reflexology to advanced therapies like cupping and lymphatic drainage, our comprehensive programs are delivered in a purpose-built training space in the heart of Fife. Each course is thoughtfully structured to support learners at all stages—whether you’re just starting out or expanding your skillset.

Unlike fast-track or purely online courses, our approach ensures that every student receives personalised guidance, practical experience, and comprehensive support. All our training courses are fully accredited and insurable, giving you the peace of mind that you’re learning through a reputable and recognised provider.

We offer a blended learning model: your theory will be delivered in advance via email for home study, allowing your practical training day to focus intensively on hands-on skills. This ensures that your time at the academy is spent immersed in real-life practice, building confidence through doing.

Training is in an intimate and friendly atmosphere where class sizes are limited to a maximum of 4, allowing for individual tutor attention, enabling you once your case studies are completed, and you are confident to carry out the treatment you have been training in.

Case studies allow you to apply what you’ve learned in a real-world context, gain hands-on experience, and develop the confidence to treat paying clients effectively and safely. They are an essential bridge between learning and practice—ensuring you leave fully equipped to deliver high-quality holistic treatments.

Our Training Approach

We are committed to offering individualised, high-quality education. That’s why we run our courses even if only one student is enrolled. There are no extra charges for one-to-one training.

While we prefer that students bring their own models for 1:1 practical sessions, we understand this may not always be possible. If needed, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to source a model for your training day.

All of our courses are fully accredited and approved by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), ensuring your training is recognised and insurable.
