Chemical Peel Practitioner Accredited Diploma Course

Chemical peels have undergone a resurgence in popularity. These treatments harness the advancements in specialised products to exfoliate the skin and eliminate dead skin cells, thus providing remarkable results whilst ensuring client comfort. This course will introduce you to a variety of acids such as glycolic, lactic, and salicylic acid, which are used in modern skin peels. You will be taught how to confidently use different peels to address different skincare concerns and conditions. These peels are superficial to moderate. This training is not for deep peels as these should only be carried out in a medical setting.

To gain a Diploma in Dermaplaning the student must:

  1. Hold a Facial & Skincare Diploma qualification or equivalent & Anatomy and Physiology level 3. This must be completed before attending this one-day Chemical Peel training course.
  2. 6 hours practical training in the academy and carry out 6 hours of case studies to practice the skills learned. All 6 case studies must be fully completed to the required standard and submitted. You have up to 8 weeks to complete & submit your case studies.
  3. Theory test to be taken online from the comfort of your own home & complete all case studies, to ensure you are competent in Chemical before you will receive your Diploma in Chemical peels.

Prerequisite

Facial & skincare Diploma certificate or equivalent & Anatomy & Physiology Level 3 certificate is required before you can enrol on this course.
Be over the age of 18.
With a good verbal and written English.

Examination system

You will have to complete an online assessment in your own time at home this must be sent to and marked by your tutor before you attend your practical training to assess your knowledge.
Continual assessment will take place during your practical training.
You must also complete 6 case studies post training within 8 weeks.
These must be completed and marked by your tutor before you receive your Diploma certificate.

Qualification attained

On successful completion of your training, you will be awarded with Practitioner’s Diploma.
